"My family and I came to Seattle area back in 2021 and was referred Grace Roberts via my San Diego State Farm agent. There were a couple to choose from, and I noticed that Grace had an outstanding review. And not only that, Grace's mom had been in the same business before retirement. I decided to give it a try. Madi Malmborg is the office manager at this agency. Unlike the some other insurances I've experienced, I could never reach a real person, or, I had to leave multiple phone messages before I can talk to someone. Grace & Madi were reachable, very spontaneous, knowledgable, and if uncertain of anything at the moment, I'll get a follow up without feeling "hanging there for answers". Through this four years, we've gone through adding young student drive behind the wheels, family acquaintances that came to Washington as a foreign student who needed a car and of course auto insurance coverages, weekend midnight "hit and run" by someone else which eventually caused the new vehicle to be totaled... Madi was on top of it with us, taking care of all the after math without forgetting to keep us informed, reminding us what should be kept in mind as well as what to look out for, and what to look forward to. They leave ZERO loose end. I would not hesitate to either refer them to a friend nor will I have any inner debates whether to give them a 5 star review or not. "I've been with this agent for nearly five years and I know some factors are out of their control, but the continuous price increases are so unbearable at times. I talk to one rep and told one price, then when my bill comes out it's higher. I call and they say well it's out of our control or that person doesn't work here anymore. My bill just keeps going up, despite a perfect driving record."
