- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle all customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.

- Advising customers regarding insurance
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience working in the Insurance field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Licenses required for Property & Casualty and Life & Disability
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
