  • Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle all customer complaints and issues.
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives.
  • Appointment setter
  • Advising customers regarding insurance
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience working in the Insurance field.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Licenses required for Property & Casualty and Life & Disability
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
